Responsibilities :
- Provide friendly, responsive and a professional level of customer services to existing and new clients
- Handle inbound and outbound client calls
- Handle customer enqueries and sell the Company’s services
- Sales order processing, tracking and reporting
- Chase payment and resolve issues
- Occasional face to face training and guidance for new clients
Requirements :
- At least 2 years' working experience in telemarketing or customer service.
- Strong communication and sales skills
- Strong interpersonal skills - outgoing personality and a teamplayer
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills - structured & methodical
- Bilingual in English & Mandarin to communicate with chinese clients

Responsibilities :
- Manage and supervise the operations of embroidery machines
- Schedule and ensure embroidery jobs meets the production deadlines
- Digitizing of artwork for loading into embroidery machine
Requirements :
- Possess at least 3 years of embroidery machine handling
- Possess digitizing experience
- Experience with Tajima embroidery machines will be preferred
