Acknowledgement(signature and company stamp) of Order confirmation (agreement to purchase) and stipulated Deposit paid are required before sample production. |

We have the right to forfeit the customer's deposit if the customer cancels order upon confirmation or sample production . |

Cancellation of order by customers without deposit will incur a $200 sample production fee for labour hours, materials, moulds and resources on producing the sample. |

Additional sample request by customers are chargeable at the quoted unit prices as we only provide 1 free sample |
